Product Manager - Matchbox Exchange

This role will help create speed and accuracy into this product area's Go To Market strategy. The existing product needs refining for the EU market, so we are looking for someone who has deep experience in the logistics industry, preferably working with a SaaS organisation,

• Engage deeply with customers and other product teams to gain a thorough understanding of the problem space
• Collaborate with our technical experts to design and formulate solutions
• Partner with our business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and align development priorities accordingly
• Ensure the end solution fulfils both customer and company needs
• Assist in generating relevant product documentation and responding to customer requests for product enhancements

Matchbox Exchange is the leading digital platform for container triangulation and came aboard the WiseTech Global Group in October of 2023. They are experiencing rapid growth through exposure across various markets and are now looking for new team members. This role will be focused on building out new product and features for the EU market.
