Full Job Description

We are evoke plc, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies with internationally renowned brands, including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us on a Fixed Term Contract basis. As an experienced Leeds based Project Manager, you'll report into one of the Heads of Strategic Programmes with a focus on our Retail Transformation roadmap where you'll help execute against approved projects and key change initiatives. You'll have previous 'retail' experience translating complex challenges into easy to digest workable solutions and you'll be customer focused - demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer needs, preferably in a retail setting. What you will be doing:

  • Delivering the key change projects as part of our Retail Transformation strategy
  • Ensuring that a quality project management service is delivered to senior stakeholders, with exceptional communication
  • Demonstrating best in class project management with best in class practices (RAID, Scoping, Stakeholder management, finances, process mapping, dependency management etc)
  • Consistently identifying and managing mitigations for project risks
  • Measuring and tracking the success criteria for our change initiatives and support the company on illustrating the benefits of the strategic changes we are making
  • Building and maintaining excellent project plans that track milestones and dependencies across multiple complex workstreams
  • Chairing working group sessions and escalating key updates, risks and issues to the steerco, where appropriate.

  • Experience within a project or programme delivery role with excellent project management and organisational skills
  • A proven track record of working in a matrix structure and collaborating with a wide network of colleagues with experience delivering and completing successful change projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and critically in developing efficient approaches to change
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with multiple senior stakeholders, you'll have the ability to articulate our strategic vision to the business.
