As a Real Time and Workforce Analyst in our award-winning Resource Planning Team, you'll be at the heart of making sure the right people are in the right place, at the right time. You'll be optimising schedules and using real-time data to keep things running smoothly. Whether you're after full-time hours or something more flexible, this could be the perfect fit for you. Typical day as a Real Time and Workforce Analyst

  • Oversee short-term forecasts and resource planning cycles, ensuring schedules are optimised to match forecast data.
  • Monitor real-time trends, identifying and responding to 'hotspots' by adjusting schedules across inbound, outbound, email, and chat channels.
  • Handle day-to-day changes to schedules, making sure service levels are maintained and all calls are answered within our agreed frameworks.
  • Manage time-off requests and ensure productivity by keeping an eye on key metrics like call handling and wait times.
  • Use Workforce Management software to gather data and create insightful reports that help inform planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with our service delivery and maintenance teams, ensuring that resource needs are met for smooth customer service operations.

  • Strong experience with Workforce Management software, ideally in a contact centre setting, where you've handled planning and forecasting.
  • Brilliant IT skills, especially in Excel, and the ability to pull and analyse data from systems like CRM and telephony tools.
  • A solid understanding of contact centre KPIs like utilisation and shrinkage, with a sharp eye for the details that matter.
  • A passion for improving customer service and always looking for ways to make things more efficient and effective.
  • Experience balancing priorities and keeping services running smoothly across various channels like phone, email, and chat.
  • A collaborative approach, working closely with colleagues and teams to ensure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be.

  • Flexible working hours (or we're open to agreeing a work pattern with you)

  • This is a hybrid role, and you'll spend 2 days in the office, 3 days working at.
