Full Job Description

As a lifeguard you will work within a group environment which thrives upon excellent team work, to provide the best customer experience possible. All team members are reliable and professional at all times.

A candidate will need to be a competent swimmer with a range of first aid knowledge. Individuals should be confident and flexible to suit the working shift pattern., We are looking for an enthusiastic Lifeguard to join the team here at Exeter Leisure on a full-time basis. Hours will be on a rota basis and will include weekdays and weekends, day shifts and evenings. The lifeguard role will include sports hall set-ups, cleaning and providing excellent customer service. The candidate should be polite, enthusiastic and hard working. Candidates should ideally hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or have the ability to pass the qualification.
