Full Job Description

1. Administration of Defender on Intune managed devices, 11. Must be able to think out of the box and troubleshoot non-standard issues/undocumented issues, to look at the big picture and see how a problem fits in and determine a solution that fits within the existing framework. 12. Provide input to assist with continual improvement of service. 13. Operations.

  • Understanding and working knowledge on ticketing tools like Service Now.
  • Monitor the Service Desk system, troubleshoot and work with service consumers to resolve issues.
  • Respond to and manage service issues and problems.
  • 14. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Positive and Effective team collaboration with an ability to perform independently.
  • Proven positive behvioural and emotional attitude.
  • Contribute to, produce and maintain processes, procedures, operational and architectural documentation.
  • Identify and actively collaborate with other teams for solutions and implementations.
  • Accountable for execution according to established standards, procedures, and processes.
  • Ensure optimization and performance of the hardware and virtual infrastructure.
  • Participate in planned "Systems Day" and other maintenance activities.
  • Report any breaches in information security or policies
  • Change Control - Ensure compliance with Processes and adherence to standards and documentation.
  • Assist in training new staff in technical processes and procedures.
  • Actively participate in employee engagement programs.

  • · Modern Desktop Management.
  • · Microsoft Defender for Endpoints

    Strong experience in the configuration and deployment of Defender policies/configurations to Windows 11, iOS and Android Devices.
  • Any Experince with Defender on Linux, Mac and Windoiws server is desirable.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Security Defender portal is useful.
  • 2. Administration of Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience in working with end points like Mobile devices and Windows.
  • Should have good understanding and working knowledge in Intune Tenant administration.
  • Administratrion and understanding Role Based Access Configuration for Microsoft Intune.
  • Administratrion and understanding of Mobile Threat Defence. (Symentec, Microsoft Defender).
  • Should have good understanding on user and device certificates (SCEP, NDES).
  • Should have good understanding on special function devices like kiosk, rugged, MTR, Holo Lens, meta quest, zoom etc.
  • Should have strong working knowledge in creating and managing Compliance policies, Configuration policies, MAM, App configuration, Application management.
  • 3. Administration of Mobile Devices
  • Strong working knowlege and understanding on enrollment workflow and process.
  • Strong working knowlege and understanding on Mobile Application deployment workcycle.
  • Working experience and exposure to realtime scenarios in troubleshooting and investigating mobile device management related cases and incidents.
  • Strong understand and working experience on Zero Touch Enrollment & Automatice Device enrollment process.
  • Managing and administering Mobile Device Management related policies and restrictions.
  • 4. Administration of Windows platform
  • Should have strong working knowledge and understanding on MECM environment to support Modern Desktop Management, Co management, Intune; Autopilot.
  • Should understand Active directory.
  • Should have understanding on O365 Deployment methods.
  • Experience with enterprise patch management and reporting.
  • Should have good understanding or working knowledge on Intune Log Analytics.
  • 5. To exhibit highly engaging and interactive conversations to gain/assure trust with in & clients. 6. Ability to conduct research, test and provide solutions around Microsoft Intune. 7. Identifying security gaps and recommending solutions to mitigate the risk. 8. Test, analyse and provide suggestions on new features of Intune inline to organizational security standards. 9. Possess a working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Intune integrations with Active Directory. 10. A strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards.,
  • · Relevant experience in the Microsoft Intune environment, with specific experience managing defender configurations across windows and mobile devices (working knowledge of Microsoft Defender Endpoit Security portal would be useful.)
  • · general experience across Intune handling mobile device management and modern desktop management. Experience should involve a strong technical and logical understanding of Microsoft Intune.
  • Desirable:
  • · Obtained an industry certification, or equivalent, for Microsoft Intune and Modern Desktop Management.
  • · All round experience of infrastructure areas, not just Intune focused.
  • · Experience on Azure, MFA, Identity Access management.
