As a new team responsible for the entry route programmes into OPSS we are looking for someone to join us to lead the delivery of our Regulatory Leaders Graduate Scheme (RLGS), Student Placement programme and Regulatory Compliance Officer apprenticeship programme. Reporting to the Entry Programmes Delivery manager, the role will involve working closely with relevant teams to ensure the design, delivery and management of our entry programmes to ensure successful recruitment campaigns., + Support Programme Management: Lead in the delivery and ongoing management of entry programmes, working closely with the relevant teams to ensure successful recruitment campaigns and learning initiatives.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Functional Team Leaders and Impact Area Coordinators, to understand talent needs and align entry programmes with organisational goals.
+ Collaboration with Universities and External Bodies: Engage with Midlands universities and regulatory bodies to identify collaboration opportunities, expanding the reach of OPSS programmes.
+ Diverse and Inclusive Initiatives: Assist in designing and implementing programmes that promote diversity and inclusivity, ensuring alignment with OPSS strategic objectives.
+ Learning and Development: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of learning and development offerings for entry-level talent, working closely with the wider L&D team to ensure budget adherence and compliance with Cabinet Office guidelines.
+ Operational Support: Oversee high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth operation of entry programmes, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes., Interviews for this vacancy will be conducted virtually. We will, however, consider in-person interviews by exception.
