Retrofit Energy Assessor

Working to deliver the highest standards of service, you'll be responsible for managing, coaching and developing the team, maximising not only individual but our team's potential. Reporting to the Decarbonisation Manager, you'll provide assistance in positively impacting the communities we work in, both during the life of the project, but also by helping to leave behind a sustainable legacy when the project ends, coupled with providing key information about resident satisfaction and audit results on a regular basis. The role will include undertaking a Retrofit Assessments, assessing the fabric and heating's, drawing up accurate floor plans of the property and conducting site specific assessments in accordance with PAS 2035. Implementing and monitoring processes and procedures to ensure they are achieved, fulfilling and exceeding the client's expectations in terms of customer service and satisfaction

Candidates will have excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
