Learn more at The Role As a Sales Forecasting Specialist, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making for ULAC's multi-brand accessories business in the UK. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, UK, with a dotted line to the Sales Forecasting Manager EU, you will be responsible for providing accurate sales forecasts, analyzing trends, and supporting cross-functional teams to optimize business performance. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do Sales Forecasting & Analysis
- Lead sales forecasting for ULAC's multi-brand accessories business in the UK.
- Analyze historical sales trends, market conditions, and retailer performance to create accurate, data-driven forecasts.
- Ensure alignment of forecasts with sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor and refine forecast accuracy using performance insights.
- Maintain demand and sales forecasts with precision and timeliness. Inventory & Demand Planning
- Collaborate with supply chain and inventory planning teams to ensure stock availability.
- Provide input for production and purchasing decisions to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Identify potential stock risks, such as overstock or stockouts, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Monitor sell-through reports from key retail accounts. Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and manage forecasting models, tools, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide senior leadership with regular reports on sales performance, forecast accuracy, and key business insights.
- Translate complex financial data into compelling narratives, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present findings to the Sales Director and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all forecasting-related queries.
- Partner with EU supply chain, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales forecasts with inventory planning.
- Collaborate with retail partners, the Sales Director, and CCO UK to support ad-hoc analysis and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure collaborative forecasting and alignment. Market Insights & Strategy
- Stay up to date on market conditions, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine forecasting models.
- Provide strategic input to the Sales Director on opportunities to maximize sales and mitigate risks.
- Identify poor-performing products and recommend actions for clearance. Process Improvement
- Continuously improve forecasting processes and methodologies.

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with ERP systems or forecasting tools are highly desirable., Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales forecasting, demand planning, or a related analytical role - preferably within fashion, accessories, or retail.
- Experience working with multi-brand portfolios in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, inventory planning principles, and advanced data analysis.
