Full Job Description

As we continue to embark on our international expansion, we are searching for a talented sales leader to grow and develop our Mid-Market Sales business in the UK. We are looking for a leader who will champion our culture and values for our UK Sales team.
This role is required to work from our London office.
Role Responsibilities:

Define the playbook: Set the sales strategy and tactics for your verticals, implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth from Mid-Market clients
Build a strong sales culture, leading your team to exceed established revenue targets and role model Challenger sales and sales rigor
Leverage your industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers to support your teams sales efforts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure the team is delivering the highest impact
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to provide feedback and insights, drive product enhancements and new product launches, and align on market positioning
Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with strategic plan
Represent Reddit in the market by speaking at key Goods focused industry events
Lead on broader EMEA mid market projects to identify opportunities for further acceleration and jointly build scalable processes

10+ years of experience in digital media sales, demonstrated success in building a scaled book of business and overachieving sales targets. Leads by example, defining the playbook by which their team will operate.
Strong people leader with 4+ years leading sales teams, balancing retention with attracting new talent. Passionate and inclusive people manager who is dedicated to fostering an inclusive team culture.
Key understanding of the Mid-Market sales channel in the UK
Has a customer-centric approach, a strong sales mentality, and commercial acumen
Strong sales rigor & pipeline management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply those insights to overcome or anticipate headwinds and ensure the team is working on top-priority opportunities.
Experience building high-performing teams, Can inspire and motivate relentless optimism
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships that will further the success of the org and its clients
