Full Job Description

The Salesforce Technical Solution Architect is responsible for the design and architecting of the client's Salesforce solution encompassing the full range of Salesforce cloud technologies., · Develop an understanding of strategic business needs and provides insight and recommendations to program leadership for technological solutions to meet business objectives · Leads technical strategy and design workshops to direct strategy and solutions. · Understand the full extent of the solution, integration components and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture. · Development of custom POC solutions to prove solution variability prior to being committed to the development sprint. · Create design documentation and similar artifacts. · Assist the technical delivery of the scoped Salesforce implementations. · Coach and mentor junior technical team members. · Work with the Methods and Partner commercial teams to understand the requirements within and respond to marketed RFI/RFPs.

· Several years of experience with Salesforce products and integration capabilities. · An out the box thinker with 3+ years design and architecture experience · Relevant certifications demonstrating an architecture & solution pathway · Proven ability to understand and gather client requirements, and then design, architect, estimate, optimize and integrate Salesforce Cloud technologies at an Enterprise level. · Strong stakeholder management skills. · Excellent communication skills including leading technical resources and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Mulesoft, OmniStudio, Data-Cloud and AgentForce is very desirable. This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.UK. If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria, then your employment may be delayed, or rejected. There is a need for the successful applicant to travel to client site from to time.
