Full Job Description

Forrest Recruitment Ltd are working with a highly successful, global organisation who work with a large worldwide client base. The company are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join their modern Wigan office - you will be working within a team of 4 and reporting to the Head of Support Services. This is a crucial role for the business and involves ensuring the operational support requests are responded to and fulfilled in line with the company contractual obligations. Duties will include:

  • Receiving incoming customer support requests via telephone and email, which could relate to faulty equipment or requirement for equipment moves and changes
  • Recording and processing customer support requests utilising the company's CRM system
  • Compiling accurate quotations, estimates or proposals for chargeable support works, moves or changes
  • Co-ordinating both chargeable and non-chargeable works in line with company service level agreements and standards
  • Ensuring that documentation and information relating to chargeable and non-chargeable work is provided, obtained and recorded in line with company procedures
  • Invoicing for chargeable work in line with payment terms and client credit accounts
  • Creating, producing and reviewing appropriate support related reports requested by the Head of Support Services
  • Responding to, resolving and when appropriate escalating customer or suppliers issues
  • Attending and participating in relevant meetings with management team, technicians, customers and suppliers as and when required
  • Establishing and maintaining effective interpersonal relationship with those contacting during work
  • Completing required training for the post and strive to meet development objective
  • Performing any additional duties as directed by the needs of the business

    Working hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00am - 5:30pm
