Full Job Description

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide front-line management to all security operations
  • Act as the designated first responder to all incidents
  • Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, and security provision requirements
  • Taking ownership of the contract vehicle fleet, including maintenance and issues as required
  • Deputise for the Account Manager in their absence

    Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • SIA licensed essential.
  • To be proactive, responsible, reliable and capable of leading a team of employees
  • Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management
  • Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
