We have a great opportunity for a Senior Business Development (BD) Manager to join our Clients and Markets team within our Business Development department. Within this role, you will be responsible for working with the leadership teams of the Financial Institutions & Services Sector (FIS) and Corporate, Finance & Tax Practice Group (CFT) to agree and implement plans that deliver sustainable, profitable growth and protect important client relationships.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates a successful track record in business development within a legal, financial services or other professional services environment. As a Senior BD Manager, you will present a commercial awareness and understanding of the client's world, with the ability to deal directly with clients and client representatives and experienced in successfully dealing with and influencing senior people, particularly partners. You will present:

    The Senior BD Manager takes a lead role in the hands-on management of the FIS Sector within the wider BD team to ensure clear decision-making, excellent coordination and high levels of delivery. As a Senior BD Manager, you will work alongside the Senior Communications Manager for FIS and CFT, and other BD colleagues, to ensure that resources are managed effectively to achieve the stated strategic objectives, whilst also working closely with international colleagues to align global objectives and pursue international opportunities together.
