The Senior Conference Producer will join a dynamic, collaborative team and help craft compelling conferences and events that inspire, connect, and engage. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end content production-from conducting in-depth industry research to designing agenda themes and securing top-tier speakers. You'll play a vital role in building experiences that make a lasting impact.,

• Research: Dive deep into market trends and uncover emerging topics, issues, and key players to craft events that are relevant, timely, and engaging.
• Content Creation: Design conference agendas that excite and engage, with fresh, innovative approaches to sessions and speaker formats, strong copy writing skills are a must.
• Speaker Recruitment: Identify, recruit and build relationships with industry thought leaders, engaging speakers, and key stakeholders.
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of content production and execution, coordinating seamlessly with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

• Solid experience producing multi-track commercial events in a fast-paced organisation - knowledge of the insurance industry is preferable
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for trends and market shifts.
• Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-and a flair for storytelling.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a love for working collaboratively and contributing to the team.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
