Senior Consultant-Business Analyst-UK

5+ years relevant experience as Business Analyst working directly with Product Owner and Business Responsibilities .

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for application tailored to the energy sector
• Design and document system process, workflow, and data models to optimize business functionality
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training users on Salesforce processes and new features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP)
• Analyse customer feedback and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities customer experience platforms.
  
  Should have minimum 5 years of experience as business analyst
• Should have experience on Requirement Elicitation, Requirement Documentation, Requirement Gathering
• Able to directly work with Business and Tech Team
• Able to break requirement to User Stories for Tech Team.
• Familiarity with Oil and Gas sector, including regulatory requirements, operations and custom relationship management
• Experience in project management methodologies and agile ways of working
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Strong knowledge of Azure Devops (ADO) processes and documenting all user stories and acceptance criteria on ADO
Preferred
• Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Certified Business Analyst is preferred
• Knowledge on sales force business implementations.
