Full Job Description

Now seeking a Senior Manager, to work in a small team, taking charge of EX programmes, both large and small, to target budget and quality standards.
The focus will be on project management rather than consultancy although you will be involved to some extent in an advisory capacity. Overseeing sometimes very complex multi-country projects, you will work in collaboration with the advisory team and liaise with clients through the process.

You will have extensive quantitative project management experience including significant exposure to employee engagement or EX listening. Familiarity with Qualtrics would be a definite bonus.
