Full Job Description

Reporting into the Global Finance Delivery Lead, the Senior Finance Manager is responsible for performing finance control activities to ensure balance sheet integrity and compliance with key controls and policies. The role includes responsibility for the coordination, governance, and compliance with regulatory statutory reporting requirements. Some of the other responsibilities you will have:

  • Work with Global Finance Delivery Lead to ensure all financial accounting activities across RTR process are executed effectively and efficiently with appropriate controls, with an end-to-end view
  • Establish appropriate planning and governance processes / plans to ensure timely delivery of Statutory Accounts.
  • Represent TBS / R2R on EMEA projects including system integration & acquisitions
  • Support Global R2R Finance Managers in the preparation of consolidate divisional reporting, providing regional insights and analysis.

    We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with over 5 years of experience, ideally with a Big 4 audit background and a solid understanding of industry-specific standards in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Food & Beverages. The ideal candidate will bring a deep knowledge of listing rules, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead statutory reporting and audit processes within tight timeframes.
  • Experience in similar industry (FMCG, Manufacturing, Food & Beverages) is preferred.
  • High interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience in leading external audit procedures and delivery of statutory reporting requirements.
  • Highly collaborative with others across the global Finance teams and other functions to ensure key learning and best practices.
  • Knowledge of JDE, Blackline & HFM is preferred but not required.
