Senior policy officer

An opportunity has arisen to join our policy, evidence and influencing team, working to deliver change for people affected by breast cancer. In this role you'll use insight from patients and healthcare professionals, data and research to develop evidence-based policy positions and recommendations. You'll work with colleagues across public affairs, campaigns, regional and devolved teams develop and deliver influencing strategies and build strong relationships with key external stakeholders. You'll also act as a source of expertise across the organisation and externally on key policy areas and the wider policy environment., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. With experience of working in relevant policy roles to deliver significant change, you'll be skilled in developing credible, evidence-based policy positions and be able to think strategically. You'll have excellent communication skills and experience of building relationships with, and influencing, key stakeholders. You'll also have a strong understanding of the policy and influencing landscape that Breast Cancer Now works in.
