Carrying out product discovery activities, including user interviews and market research to deeply understand customer needs and pain points.
Identifying product opportunities and determining the product features that will drive desired outcomes.
Communicating to stakeholders across the organization to align on product strategy and roadmap.
Representing the problem that prioritized initiatives look to solve.
Collaborating with UX design and engineering teammates on solution design and implementation.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans and enablement materials.
Monitoring and analyzing product usage analytics, iterating on product features and strategies to optimize value and increase engagement.

Experience in a product management role working on cyber security or data protection products in the B2B space.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with a love of speaking to customers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whilst successfully managing competing priorities to execute against plans, goals and milestones.
Ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with qualitative user research platforms and product analytics tools.
A strong grasp of generative AI technologies, and how they are being adopted in the enterprise.
