Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working within the Major Projects team at HPC supporting the commercial functions delivery of a bespoke or part of a package of work on a nuclear licensed site. Your day to day will include:

• Measure works carried out and reconcile to Target Cost.
• Prepare monthly and final applications for payment.
• Placing and subsequent financial management of sub-contract agreements.
• Provide assistance, guidance and support to the operational teams in the areas of: Contract Compliance, The financial impact of decisions; Value maximisation/cost saving techniques; Procurement strategy
• Accurately monitor, forecast and report project cost and value.
  
  Experience on NEC contracts with Target Costs
• Experience within the construction or civils industry with demonstrable track record of achievement
• Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen
• Experience of developing & implementing procurement and contract strategies
