Full Job Description
The role forms part of a small team delivering a high-quality, outcomes-focused service that improves the experience, quality of life, and life expectancy of people who sleep rough and use substances in London. Successful candidates will have an opportunity to help shape the service and leave a legacy.
Experience of working with people affected by substance use and/or homelessness
Capacity to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Adaptable, enthusiastic, and empathetic.
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people
Able to work flexibly, including occasional early, late, or weekend work.
The successful candidate will be required to work effectively with teams across London and proven ability to work collaboratively is a must, as is an ability to travel to sites across the capital (travel expenses will be paid).
Starting salary of £30,836 with the opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal.
Travel expenses (not including to and from the office) are paid for.
This is a FIXED TERM full time contract until the 31st March 2025.
Phoenix Futures are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated substance use professionals to join our new and innovative service aimed at improving access to drug and alcohol treatment for people who sleep rough in London.
About Phoenix
Phoenix have over 50 years' experience of delivering pioneering services. This provision, part of a newly commissioned Pan-London Substance Misuse Pathway, will combine our considerable expertise in substance use and homelessness. The team will work with people who sleep rough across the capital to identify and address barriers to treatment access, engaging constructively and collaboratively with other agencies and facilitating pathways into services., Starting salary of £30,836 annum, with opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal
