Senior Security Awareness Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Security Awareness Specialist to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave, where you'll drive initiatives that help GXO employees worldwide become more security aware and responsible.,

• Develop and execute educational campaigns to foster security awareness and behavioural change across global teams
• Create engaging security training materials, translating complex information into clear, accessible content
• Manage the deployments of our Information Security e-learning and training as part of GXO's annual compliance education programme, reporting on training compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance security behaviour monitoring and communication strategies
  
  Are you passionate about shaping a security-conscious culture? Do you thrive on turning technical jargon into engaging, easy-to-understand content? Want to influence global cyber culture and security practices in a dynamic environment?, Strong experience in Information Security, Learning & Development, or related fields, with at least 2 years in Information and Cyber Security
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical content
• Proven experience in creating innovative campaigns and working with internal stakeholders to drive security initiatives
• Proficiency with platforms like SharePoint, Excel, and design software (e.g., Adobe, Final Cut Pro), and SSAP qualification would be advantageous but not essential
