Are you looking to join an expanding Asset Strategy and Delivery Team? Could you be our next Senior Stock Condition Surveyor?

If you have a strong property knowledge and leadership skills and are looking for a flexible working environment this could be the job for you.

We are looking for a Senior Stock Condition Surveyor to lead our established Stock Condition Surveying Team and deliver our Strategic Business Plan objective to complete surveys to 100% of our stock on a rolling 5 year programme.

The main focus of the role will be managing our Stock Condition Surveying Team, which will also include personally undertaking property surveys, ensuring best practice is shared and effectively communicated.

You will be responsible for ensuring we have a robust understanding the overall condition of our homes and shape ongoing planned investment programmes. This role could suit anyone with significant people management skills, experience in property maintenance and who is committed to providing excellent customer service.

This role will also work to help us understand the energy performance of our properties, co-ordinating surveys to produce Energy Performance Certificates.
