Full Job Description

Lead, mentor, and manage the service desk analyst, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Oversee incident management, service desk operations, and adherence to agreed metrics
Manage IT assets and coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding processes
Act as Incident Manager during response events, coordinating resources and actions
Provide technology support for organisational meetings, including Assembly and National Boards
Create and collate monthly reporting and insight pack for the Tech Team
Regularly monitor service satisfaction levels with senior management and service users
Maintain the documentation of IT service delivery processes, policies and procedures.
Identify and develop continuous improvement solutions
Manage the deployment of Microsoft Intune for device management

The Team

You will work closely with the Head of Data Science, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Quality Manager, Lead Architect, Software Developers, and Chief Technology Officer. We are looking for someone proactive who sees opportunities and wants to make a difference in the way we work and support our members.

How we are currently working

RPS supports and works in a hybrid way, which means you will be able to work from home, however, there will be an expectation for collaborative face-to-face working - on average and typically this may be something between 4-8 working days per month at our London Office. For this role, we expect a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
