• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies that align with organisational goals and drive measurable outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, conduct key surveys to gather insights, and act as a key representative in senior client interactions.
• Project Management: Oversee end to end transformation initiatives, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Business Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise workflows, integrate AI technologies, and enhance operational processes.
• Change Management: Lead communication and training efforts to align teams with transformation goals.

• Extensive experience in business transformation, process improvement, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master's or relevant certifications like PMP, Lean, Agile, or Prosci are a bonus).
• Strong strategic thinking and execution.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities, ideally with commercial experience of leading projects using Agile and Lean methodologies
• Relationship-building skills and a focus on driving results.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Digitally dexterous and receptive to AI technologies.
