Smart Buildings Project Manager

Our engineering services business is looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of Skanska's smart buildings platform and service, Intellekt. The role will need to:

• Grow the Intellekt business - Supporting core business, integrate the Intellekt offering into new construction and facilities management (FM) tenders.
• Lead the mobilisation, deployment, and operational service phases of Intellekt projects.
• Manage the product development roadmap, product maintenance and relationship with our development partner.
What you'll do:
• The key result area for this role, will be to deploy the platform and service to multiple new external customer buildings within the first 12 months.
• Work with our new construction and FM bid teams to integrate Intellekt into our core service offerings, providing an appealing differentiator to our customers with the aim to enhance the value of our new construction and FM businesses.
• Work closely with Intellekt's management team and commercial resource to create connections, develop business opportunities, and provide proposals for new customers.
• Be responsible for the upkeep of the platform, onboarding new projects and the operational phase of those projects.
What you'll bring to the role:
• Project management experience inclusive of programme delivery, budget management, customer relationship ownership, and internal progress reporting
A technical understanding of :
• Building services systems
• Building controls (BMS, lighting controls, Master Services Integrator (MSI), IT networks)
• Smart building systems
• Internet of Things technology Experience managing software platforms including product roadmaps and platform maintenance.
