Job: Sophis Support Consultant Location: London - Hybrid working up to 3 days a week Employment Type: Full Time Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sophis Support Consultant to provide technical and functional support for our trading and risk management platform, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sophis, strong technical skills, and a solid understanding of financial products and risk management processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for the Sophis platform, including troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues. Assist traders, risk managers, and back-office users with trade booking, valuation, and risk management functionalities. Monitor system performance, apply patches, and ensure platform stability and uptime. Collaborate with IT teams to maintain integrations between Sophis and other systems (e.g., market data feeds, trading platforms). Customize and configure

Sophis to meet evolving business requirements. Deliver user training and create clear documentation for processes and workflows. Key Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Sophis and its modules (trading, risk, and pricing functionalities). Strong technical expertise in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python , C++ ). Deep understanding of financial products (equities, derivatives, fixed income) and risk management concepts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a trading or risk management environment. Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies.
