SRE Engineer - London UK - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. This role involves implementing DevOps and SRE practices, leveraging cloud platforms, containerization, and observability tools to optimize system performance and reliability.,

• Implement and evolve DevOps and SRE practices across teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Utilize hands-on expertise with AWS or Microsoft Azure and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offerings.
• Apply Java development skills to optimize application performance.
• Ensure robust infrastructure using Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Deploy and manage containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Oversee efficient and reliable release, integration, and deployment processes.
• Implement and maintain observability tools (eg, Dynatrace, Datadog) for monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Diagnose and resolve system performance and optimization issues.
• Operate across hardware, application, and network layers to ensure system reliability.
• Promote agile methodologies to enhance productivity and project outcomes.
  
  Proven experience in DevOps and SRE implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure.
• Strong programming expertise in Java.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and observability solutions.
