Supervisor - Maintenance Installation

The successful Supervisor will support the Asset management department, you will supervise and lead a team of highly skilled engineers on a nightly basis dealing with maintenance of the 1FM Fire contract. Working Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am from our Pirin Court depot in London, E16 4TL.,

• Lead and supervise teams of full time permanent and contract staff engaged in all aspects of Maintenance activity.
• Assist with Scheduling and allocation of work
• Managing Performance against operational plans
• Ensure engineers complete all works to a high standard (first time fix)
• On site supervision of engineers
• Manage and conduct site Inspections, Vehicle Audits and Quality Audit
• Managing Performance against operational plans
  
  As an established Supervisor with proven experience within TFL and ideally a fire Maintenance environment, you will have previous experience of supervising large teams in single or multi-site maintenance and installation activities., Understanding of Fire Isolations and faults relating to the 1FM fire contract
• Ability to work in a fast paced and reactive environment, look at efficiencies to maximise the output of the team
• Experience of leading large teams in single or multi-site maintenance and installation activities.
• Fire based knowledge: suppression, detection, compartmentation
• Full UK driving licence
