Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Team Administrator to join the Croydon Memory Service. Working closely with clinical staff and admin team., To provide comprehensive administration support to the members of the Memory Service. To include diary management of clinicians within the team. Good organisational and diary management skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Contact with patients will be largely by phone and email. The post-holder will be required to attend regular administration team meetings as well as relevant clinical meetings and take the minutes. The successful applicant will have robust organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and will also be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel. The post holder will be comfortable with IT and be keen to learn new software packages and processes., This is a challenging role working within an extremely busy office, and it is therefore important that you are enthusiastic, motivated and able to work under pressure. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
