Team Leader

To oversee the successful delivery of Supported Internships across London & SE. Ensure that the Supported Internship and In Work mentoring team is effectively managed and able to achieve high performance against KPIs and quality of services delivered to young people. Support the Supported Internship London Management team. Deliver the role of Supported Internship tutor or job coach where required and support the wider development of the Shaw Trust Group (STG) supported internships across the UK including remote delivery.

+ L3 (minimum) Education and Training Award
+ Experience of managing same or similar programmes
+ Ability to use ICT (minimum requirement is an ability to use word and PowerPoint and able to follow instructions for the inputting and retrieval of information from a database)
+ Commitment to continuous professional development
