Full Job Description

  • Drive the concept of development, validation and launch ownership of all core products within the designated area. Act as a single point of contact for driving scope, schedule, cost and resource management.
  • Drive cross-functional product development with simplicity, cost, and new tech-insertion considerations, with purpose.
  • Work with the Programs and Systems team, the Electrical and Mechanical/Structural Engineering teams to define and deliver on all product Product Requirements Document (PRD).
  • Collaborate cross-functional work with upstream and downstream partner teams, including Global Capacity Delivery, Data Center Delivery and Engineering, Data Center Infrastructure Operations, and server operations, to help execute product insertions, delivering not only designs but also establishing supply chain and deployments that meet cloud.
  • Lead and influence as part of projects or programs.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in industrial or technology construction throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Experience in design specifications of Data Center facility and product designs and electrical, mechanical, and industrial engineering.
    • Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working across a distributed and integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
  • Experience in people management.
