Join us as a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Technical and Regulatory Analyst
You’ll support with the maintenance of the key TPRM artefacts in line with regulatory
requirements to support users of the Internal Service Management (ISM) framework achieve compliance
We’ll look to you to support in driving continuous improvement of the ISM framework and standards
You’ll be developing your career in a vibrant, faced paced environment that supports flexible working
What you'll do
This role will see you support in the ongoing management and update of the ISM framework and Outsourcing Risk Standard to support compliance with the latest regulatory requirements and changes. You’ll support development and maintenance of the communication reporting and knowledge artefacts to help the business in better understanding and managing their risk standard.
You’ll also:
Support in the creation and delivery of outsourcing regulatory training across the build to establish, embed and sustain capability
Improve the understanding and management of supply risk across the organisation by supporting the business to make sure risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored, and reported in an effective manner
Support in ensuring alignment with the organisation’s External Outsourcing (EO) framework to support the aggregate view of Third Party Risk
Drive a proactive risk culture which seeks to constantly evolve TPRM best practices
Support in the coordination with CISC to facilitate synergies between the internal and external outsourcing frameworks
The skills you'll need
To excel in this role, you’ll have experience of working in either a regulatory context or within a procurement business. You’ll also have the ability to influence across key stakeholders at different levels within the organisation.
In addition, you’ll need:
The ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload and work on own initiative
The ability to self-manage delivery of activities and tasks
The ability to assess range of information and draw conclusions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
