Full Job Description

The Transformation Program Manager leads the execution of complex, high-impact projects and programs that drive strategic change across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging a strong governance structure to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The manager is responsible for proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, facilitating decision-making, and partnering with senior stakeholders to optimize approaches and validate assumptions for business cases, KPIs, and ROI metrics. Success in this role requires strong project management expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders across business functions. The Transformation Program Manager is accountable for delivering transformative initiatives on time, within budget, and to scope, consistently ensuring high-quality outcomes. What you will do

  • Define and structure transformative initiatives in a practical manner, with appropriate levels of governance and rigour
  • Manage transformative initiatives with clear focus on value creation and strategic enablement to help promoting transparency within the organisation, including the creation of business case(s) and desired outcomes
  • Meet deadlines and manage expectations for delivering changes on a continuous basis across various levels of the company
  • Challenge project stakeholders in approach, assumptions and accuracy of various project stages and documents (e.g. Business case, Project KPIs, Value tracking and ROI)
  • Identify project bottlenecks and facilitate conversations including relevant stakeholders to drive resolution
  • Embed learnings and benefits of deliveries into the organisation
  • Actively assess, mitigate, and manage risks and dependencies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on all levels and across all appropriate channels for a multi-national and hybrid-working based company
  • Coordinate with other functions and dependencies related to resources and delivery scheduling.
  • Act as a mentor and foster collaboration within the transformative deliveries and functions impacted by or related to change

  • Interest and ability to motivate people, manage timelines, and resources with an adaptable and pragmatic mindset.
  • Understanding of and good ability to use project, programme, and/or portfolio management in an environment without a specific choice of methodology.
  • Proven business acumen and commercial awareness - preferably related to e-commerce or gambling.
  • Strong resilience and confidence in high pressure situations, and emotional stability to emit a positive attitude in such environments.
  • Ability in using and curiosity in emerging technologies and trends applicable to an online gambling company
  • High energy level and strong intrinsic motivation to deliver on time and according to quality expectations.
  • Ability to see past complexity and recognise business value that can be delivered promptly.
  • A sense of humour and self-distance.
  • Experience
  • Transformational project/programme management in a digital environment
  • Strategic (execution and rollout) consultancy in a pure digital or in the transformation to a digital reality
  • Experience in delivering big scale change initiatives first hand, including technical, organisational, and process changes
  • Education / Qualifications/ Professional Certificates
  • Professional accreditations (Project, programme, portfolio, change management, business architecture, and business analysis) preferred
  • University degree is preferred but not essential
