Full Job Description

Mountain Warehouse Platform Migration Delivery Manager 12 Month FTC, We require an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the migration project and the supporting squad.

The Delivery Manager will join a team of Delivery Managers, who all support and work with the other development teams at Mountain Warehouse.

The Delivery Manager will be required to work in an agile manner - planning and overseeing all aspects of the project and being responsible for the timeous delivery of the project's goals.

You will be working closely with our CTO, Directors, and Senior Management to agree project scope and specifications and working with the development team to deliver and implement in an agile manner.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

+ Being a point of contact for the Website migration
+ Delivering a complex migration project - you will be responsible for delivering the migration across MountainWarehouse.com and our sister sites
+ Working closely with the DMs of the relevant development teams to ensure the cross-functional projects are prioritised effectively on the various backlogs
+ Communicating risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers of cross-functional projects to senior stakeholders
+ Developing roadmaps and leading strategy workshops
+ Analysing business problems and working with stakeholders to form appropriate solutions
+ Integrating the UX team fully into the Website migration team
+ Delivering change in an agile manner - support the DMs and the development team to break requirements down into deliverable chunks and aid continuous release practices
+ Aligning the priorities between the Web business teams and the Web development teams
+ Managing relationships with third parties, and adapting the team's work to a Waterfall model when required
+ Providing UX and CX advice where required
+ Supporting the Website Platform Migration squad with end-to-end testing and sign off of their projects, documenting new processes on the company Wiki, delivering end-user training, amongst others

+ Comfortable capturing and challenging briefs to ensure we are delivering the most worthwhile solutions
+ Experience of leading, energising and mentoring a team
+ Able to work to tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure
+ A high level of organisation and demonstrated skills to manage a team's capacity
+ Comfortable multitasking and prioritising several tasks at once
+ Hard-working with an outgoing and positive nature
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Experience in an Ecommerce environment
+ Experience in website migration projects
+ Experience with BigCommerce as an advantage
