Full Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Head of UK Expenses you'll provide financial advice and support to our Strategic Transformation Programme, optimising funding decisions, maximising value creation and meeting ambitious financial targets. • Act as trusted business partner to the Strategic Transformation Officer and their team, collaborating to manage programme risks and opportunities, optimising funding decisions and value creation.
  • Oversee financial steering of our transformation programme to ensure a high return on investment and ease governance approvals.
  • Drive accountability through robust cost and benefit tracking, by embedding financial targets into budgets and overseeing the monthly tracking process.
  • Deliver high quality financial analysis and insight to all levels of programme stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure initiatives, costs and benefits are understood, and leverage relationships to help remove barriers to execution.
  • Lead the re-engineering of financial processes, aligned with the move to an agile, product model orientated organisation.
