Full Job Description
In the role you will work with experienced colleagues and gain valuable insights into the people profession. In time you will apply your new skills on a range of projects, delivering great HR and OD services for our employees and managers.
You will complete the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship and the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
If you are motivated to learn about the world of Human Resources and Organisational Development, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for someone able to develop excellent communication and organisational skills and who loves a challenge. You will need to be interested in using IT and if you happy to learn about data then that is a bonus. But it's called the 'People Profession' for a reason, so the ability to develop relationships and offer great customer service is key.
You will be expected to work primarily from the Wigan Life Centre South but spend time in partner organisations such as schools, college and universities. Opportunities to work flexibly, including home working, are available.
