As Packing Skilled Operative you'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Escalating any issues to Technical Operatives or Process Leader
Working proactively to ensure that the production lines are running effectively
Carrying out hourly production and quality control checks
Recording production data both electronic and paper based
Ensuring that the product is packed correctly and to high standard expectations
Reporting information back to section managers
Cleaning equipment and modules on a rotation schedule

A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
Good teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and a responsible attitude to tasks
Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
