Full Job Description

BOB ICB is looking for an experienced analytics manager to lead the BI function for its London Commissioning Team. The Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 2 analysts delivering contract management for a number of ICBs. The analytics manager is responsible for the BI function that provides insight and in-depth analysis required to support the key business decisions enabling the negotiation, agreement, performance management and reporting for all London Providers (14 NHS Acute Trusts), considering the national and local NHS commissioning agenda and underpinning the financial responsibility for this contract portfolio. Turning data into the insightand intelligence which is essential to understanding and improving quality of services, patient outcomes and value for money to inform service review and developments.

This role requires leadership, specialised knowledge and excellent working relationships internally and with a wide range of partners and stakeholders, working in a collaborative way across a detailed and complex contract portfolio with the ability to provide a clear vision and demonstrate good strategic thinking as well as comprehensive planning skills
