Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business management and operations? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our Chief Operating Officer's (COO) Office.

An exciting opportunity has emerged within the Chief Operating Officer team for the position of Business Manager. In this role within the COO office, you will manage and coordinate crucial operational tasks.

Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, performance oversight, and process improvements to ensure our Trust functions at optimal efficiency., The Business Manager plays a crucial role in the Chief Operating Officer's senior team, supporting the implementation of various initiatives and service delivery within the Directorate to achieve the Chief Operating Officer's strategic goals.

This position will offer business support to the Chief Operating Officer and senior team, addressing daily operational matters in the COO's office.

You will assist the Chief Operating Officer's team by monitoring adherence to both internal and external governance and best practice standards. Additionally, you will work on specific projects for the Chief Operating Officer's office, such as developing business cases and supporting recruitment processes.

Within this role you will create a system to oversee and report on the yearly budget of the Chief Operating Officer, working with the Senior Team to evaluate data, providing insights on value for money, cost benefits, and spending throughout the year, while ensuring that Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) savings are adequately planned.
