Full Job Description

The successful applicant will join a team of 2 Consultants and 7 junior doctor colleagues, including 2 Speciality Doctors, 2 SpR trainees in Palliative Medicine, 2 clinical fellows and 1 IMT trainee. Opportunities for development and career progression will be supported in line with the applicants level of training and personal development goals. The post-holder will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and be confident in building relationships with colleagues within the fundraising team and the wider hospice teams.

St Josephs is a large 28-bedded hospice in Hackney, East London, with an inner-city, ethnically diverse population. There are excellent modern facilities including a busy community team, day hospice, complementary therapies centre, bereavement service, access to a multi-lingual advocacy team and a purpose-built education centre and library.

£49,909 a year + £14701 pro-rata pa (on call) + £2162 pro-rata pa (HCAS)
