Full Job Description

The opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Safety Officer to work within the friendly Quality and Performance Team of a large Primary Care Network. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a broad range of tasks to support the effective, efficient and timely management of patient safety processes within the organisation. The role will be responsible for supporting the achievement of an Outstanding CQC rating. You will assist in the development and delivery of performance improvement plans., To support the organisation in areas:

Quality and Patient Safety

Patient Safety Processes

CQC Compliance

Contractual Monitoring

The successful candidate will have strong administration and IT skills, maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets, with excellent attention to detail. You will be an excellent communicator with colleagues at all levels. You will manage a busy workload, have the ability to work methodically, and multi-task to meet tight deadlines. You will have the ability to workflexibly, adapting to changing priorities. You will be a self-motivated team player.
