Full Job Description

Our UK Consumer Health team has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager. The successful applicant will benefit from a fast-paced environment where we continually push boundaries to innovate across our portfolio which includes some of the top brands in over the counter products in women's health, analgesics, digestive health, skincare, nutrition and allergy. Support development and implementation of the brand planning process to meet project and business needs - successfully adapting to changing environmental pressures 2. Fulfil activation & initiatives to answer the brand strategy and project goals and ensure financial objectives are met 3. Support the digital agenda - including developing, managing & optimising digital marketing campaigns 4. Lead content management and creation for key brand campaigns to ensure the brands are accurately represented online 5. Monitor brand performance to ensure KPI's are met & manage P&I budget as appropriate 6. Support Retail Customer engagement to drive collaboration & awareness of key brand initiatives 7. Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with relevant Bayer stakeholders

  • Commercial or a marketing qualification
  • Previous commericial / brand management experience gained in OTC or FMCG
  • Understanding of media and digital expertise - experience preferred
  • Fast learner & proactive mind-set
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages required
  • Lives within a commutable distance of Reading office. Hybrid working (2 - 3 days in office per week).
