Full Job Description

A unique opportunity to be part of a new Regeneration team and lead the delivery of major regeneration projects in Wyre Forest supported by £45 million of council and external grant funding. The funding has been secured recently from the Future High Streets Fund and the Levelling Up Fund and will support the delivery of major capital projects in Kidderminster. The team will also lead the development of a major feasibility study for a new project pipeline on several major development sites. The gross development value of the current and new project pipeline exceeds £100 million.

We have a significant transformational agenda, and the roles offer the opportunity to work on projects ranging from new public realm initiatives through to providing new residential development, flexible workspaces, digital innovation, commercial and cultural hubs. You will be part of an agile team supported by externally appointed professional teams and we are looking for people who are interested in advancing their professional careers in the built environment, develop project management skills, knowledge and expertise.
