This role will serve as the primary advocate for our EMEA Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and lead DE&I efforts for our business units in the region. As a key member of the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team you will also work closely with EMEA HR leaders, the global HR team, and the senior EMEA executive team.
Responsibilities include:

These employee led groups are the foundation of our inclusive culture, and the EMEA DE&I Manager ensures the support and success of these groups. From budget management, strategic planning, event support, analytics support, and speaking support, the success of these groups relies heavily on this role.
Creating and presenting DE&I materials for senior audiences such as the executive leadership team (ELT), regional leadership teams, regional Boards, data reports, key facts library, and self-serve learning resources. Need strong experience in creating executive level materials and presenting at the executive level.
Providing quarterly updates on DE&I data to HR leads and business leaders

Acting as a liaison for Culture Champions and supporting the Way We Work initiative, ensuring that DE&I is a part of Invesco's culture at every level
Leading regional DE&I communications both internally and externally
Developing and implementing strategies for regional DE&I awards and recognitions (external)

Integration of new DE&I thinking into the organization as well as highlighting and helping to respond to external requirements (e.g. government reviews and legislative reform).
