Full Job Description
Location: This role is offered on permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby office a minimum of one day a week. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations professional to join our People Shared Services Team. In this role you will be at the heart of our employee experience, leading a team of dedicated Employee Relations Specialists, ensuring a consistent and professional approach to employee relations across the organisation. What you will be doing:
- Manage and develop a team of functionally aligned Employee Relations Specialists, who provide expert knowledge and guidance to our people managers on all employee relations matters.
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to the senior leadership team as the escalation point for complex employee relations cases.
- Review and maintain strong relationships with the European Works Council (EWC) and employee representative groups, ensuring constructive communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the development and implementation of employee relations policies and processes, aligning with business strategy and legal requirements. You will also be an end-to-end owner for some of the complex processes such as TUPE.
- Work in partnership with our People Business Partners to ensure appropriate governance across change management projects to ensure effective mobilisation within the Specialist team.

- Demonstratable experience in managing a varied and sometimes complex employee relations case load, ideally within a large organisation.
- Strong understanding of European Works Council and employee representation frameworks.
- Exceptional relationship building, leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to handle difficult situations with discretion and sensitivity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
