• Monitor performance against key indicators and adapt strategies based on real-time data to maximize service excellence and efficiency.
• Engage with union representatives, building strong relationships that promote cooperation and mutual respect.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews, providing support and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Champion our company's quality management system, ensuring standards are not only met but exceeded.
