Are you a natural leader who excels at solving problems and delivering results? Join us at Travelodge as a Hotel Booking Support Manager, where you'll take charge of ensuring exceptional service, driving revenue, and minimizing costs. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract covering Maternity Leave. What's it all about? In this role, you'll lead and support a team of 11 advisors, ensuring we deliver excellent guest experiences while achieving commercial goals. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, and work collaboratively across departments to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs. With a focus on ensuring smooth operations, you'll also handle incident management and produce weekly reports to evaluate performance and recommend improvements that play a key role in maintaining our high standards and protecting the Travelodge brand. What are the extra bits?
- 37.5 hours per week
- £36,000 per annum depending on experience
- 12 month Fixed Term Contract- Mat Leave Cover Hybrid working- 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
- Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, with the occasional evening, weekend and bank holiday.
