Connect job seekers with mental health support needs to suitable employment opportunities
Work as part of a clinical team to support clients' recovery journey
Implement the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, Meet regularly with clients to identify their skills and aspirations
Produce Action Plans for clients to gain and sustain paid employment
Source job opportunities through job searching and employer contacts
Support clients in managing their health at work
Educate and support employers on workplace adjustments and job retention
Develop collaborative relationships with the clinical team

We are looking for a motivated, passionate self-starter who wants to kickstart a career in the mental health sector. This position, with on-the-job training, is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference and support those with mental health needs across the North Derbyshire community., Experience or understanding of working with individuals with mental health support needs
Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
Empathy and strong communication skills
Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Passion for making a difference in people's lives
Degree-level education or equivalent career experience
