  • Unlock Potential: Maximize performance in the field of oncology by driving sales and unlocking access through effective account management.
  • Build Relationships: Develop long-term professional business relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in your region.
  • Strategize: Create and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, setting clear targets, tactics, and timelines.
  • Navigate Pathways: Understand and navigate local access pathways in melanoma, ensuring optimal positioning on relevant formularies and guidelines.
  • Drive Sales: Identify and address opportunities to drive sales uptake, providing support and value to each account.

    Experience: Proven oncology sales experience, preferably in melanoma or CRC, with established customer relationships.
  • Influence: Experience working with oncology payers to identify and unlock local access barriers.
  • Skills: Effective selling skills with a track record of success in specialist care settings.
  • Account Management: Outstanding account management experience, including business planning, account analysis, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in IT business systems, especially MS Office - PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making a difference.
